BEAUTÉ

Black Sole.

Yes, my dears I splurged. As a desperate nervous wreck I made myself a trip to hell aka Loubs store. When I first moved to Dallas I was curious on what this city had in store for me and let me tell you what it has LOTS for me. Took me a lot of time to accommodate but I did and peacefully since I discovered the only Louboutin store in Texas was here! So I entered the boutique and was drawn in by all the pretty red soles! Hey, maybe for my birthday I shall just go and splurge on a pair. But back to my wonderful experience! I knew I wanted another nail polish and what better way than to make my first visit a memorable one. So I did. I stood over the multiple nail colours and just could not pick one. Obvio they are all pretty! But I knew that a $50 nail polish was worth it, since the Rouge one was freaking pigmented and nail chip free. So since I love fall I chose the darkest one they had.
Came home with my beautiful package tried that bad boy on and let me tell you. No, let me preach this! GO BUY ONE NOW! Yes, a fifty buck nail varnish is pretty expensive but ladies its beautiful. Everything about it. The pigmentation in only one swipe, the chip free nail polish is amazing lasting for about 2-3 weeks without retouch, and lastly the design is simply perfect.

Photoshop In 6 Easy Steps? YASSS!

So as a VERY pale skin gal I tend to crave sun kissed skin without the sun. Too hot for that! SO I wanted to share with you how you can have perfect glowing photoshop skin without the actual photoshop! Ready? Lets go!

1. You want to first prep your skin with moisturizer or anything that you use to hydrate. I use sprtiz of Fix Plus with Charged water by MAC. Which is also a great product to seal your makeup so there wont be no running during the heat.

 2. Add a rosegold pigment. It could be eyeshadow, very intense highlighter or in this case Bella Terra’s mineralized blush in “Melon.” I then mixed my fav foundation with SPF  15 to add some protection.

3. Mix! Thoroughly then apply with either your beauty blender or a synthetic brush so the product can be stable.

 4. Then conceal the T-Zone area. Which are the middle of the forehead, under the eyes, your nose, the chin.

5. Apply your bronzer in circular motion to intensify the color around the perimeter of your face to really bronze your skin. Here I am using Hoola by Benefit.

6. Seal it with your fav makeup sealer. Mines is MAC with charged water which works and mixes your makeup to perfection. This is the secret this product is….PHOTOSHOP in a bottle. I recommend purchasing this product does wonders to the skin!

Touch Of Athena

When running for an errand it is always flats and a convenient high bun. For makeup I tend to either use a pop of color maybe on my lips, eyes, or maybe give my face a little highlight BOOM! These are some of my fav products I use to add that effortless Athena look.

Smashbox “Flirt” Eye shadow
Too Faced Waterproof eyeliner
MAC “Brown Down” eye shadow
MAC stippling brush
Bobbi Brown “Blondie Pink”

Take it or Leave It?

Everyone desires to don around the fab Fendi, the luxurious Prada, the dangerous red soles but is it worth the paycheck?
I ventured around department stores just to prove if it was all worth it.  I myself have some precious treasures that I keep very safely but yet are a disappointment. Chanel for instance has an array of products from the famous classic black bag to the vibrant cosmetic line. As I try to find a lipstick I apply a sample and find it…dry, brittle, less pigmented. Why is it that a $34 lipstick this…cheap? I recently purchased some cosmetics to try them hoping they would change my mind and well…

Personally Chanel is one of my fav designer brands for its classic, sleek yet , chic ways of putting fashion on the runaway. But Karl Lagerfeld should really stay away from the cosmetics. The lack of pigments the lip-glosses, blushes, nail polishes, and sadly the lipsticks. Gabrielle Chanel would be very disappointed, maybe that’s why she stuck to the Classic No.5 no disappointment whatsoever.
